Welcome to our sweet home in Fort Greene Brooklyn. We are right in the heart of the neighborhood, in the mix of some of the best restaurants in the city, Fort Greene park just a few blocks away and walking distance to express trains into Manhattan. In our opinion, it’s the best neighborhood in NYC.

We’d love to welcome you to our one bedroom guest apartment in our townhouse. It’s equipped with a full kitchen, separate bedroom and living spaces and everything you need to enjoy taking in all this neighborhood and city has to offer.

    The queen bedroom features blackout curtains for a restful night’s sleep, with peaceful, back-facing windows that overlook a serene park.

    The kitchen/living space boasts a full kitchen with a gas range and oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher, plus a TV for your entertainment. Situated on the street-facing side of the property, this area benefits from an abundance of natural light throughout the day.

  • Fully Stocked Kitchen: Equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and all the essentials—cutlery, plates, pots, and pans—making it easy to prepare meals.

    Laundry On-Site: Convenient for extended stays.

    Reliable Wi-Fi: Perfect for remote work, streaming, or staying connected throughout your stay.

    Entertainment: Relax in the living room with a TV and a Bluetooth stereo speaker.

    Heating and Cooling: The unit comes equipped with AC to keep you cool in the hot summer months. In the winter, the property is heated with radiant heat and a floor heater in the bathroom.
